Botok-Botok

Botok-botok Sejenis makanan yang diperbuat daripada ikan bercampur kelapa, rempah dan pelbagai jenis herba yang dikukus dalam daun pisang. Botok-botok ialah makanan asli orang Johor.

Antara herba yang digunakan termasuklah daun kaduk, pucuk teh, daun kesum, daub selasih, bebuas, limau purut, daun mengkudu dan pucuk ubi muda.
